The pelvis can tilt in many ways, until stiff muscles get in the way. Many folks are working on improving their pelvic mobility trying to deal with low back pain, pelvic floor issues, and going into pregnancy. In this live, online workshop, we will break down the different muscles in the “hip flexor” category and why each needs to be addressed through their own targeted exercises. The 90-minute workshop will take place on Crowdcast at 10:00am PDT on June 5th, 2023, and there WILL be a recording available afterward. You’ll receive more information along with your emailed book order receipt.
When and how will the book ship?
We’ll start shipping them via USPS Media Mail as soon as we get them hot off the press–very likely the last week of April. (Note: We’ve done our best to account for any shipping delays but as we’ve learned over the past several years, all of our timelines may get messed up.)
Why can’t I pre-order here if I live outside the U.S.?
International shipping and taxes on books are cost-prohibitive for small publishers! So as much as we’d love to be able to do business with you directly, we’d ask that you pre-order it locally. If you’re in Canada, you can pre-order from Amazon Canada, or from your local independent bookstore. In the UK, all Katy’s books are available through Amazon.co.uk.
